I recently purchase a 2021 Hyundai Venue from Surgenor Hyundai. The ENTIRE process was totally stress-free. It’s not often you can walk into an automobile dealership and not feel pressured. From the moment I met salesman, Roman Sidoli, I never felt any pressure. I knew what I wanted and he knew what I wanted, yet never pressured me. I am a very thorough shopper with many many many questions and he answered them all with great knowledge and he knows the vehicles inside out. I also dealt with the sale manager, Chris Shannon. After very little haggling on price and perks….. the deal was done. He, too, was very helpful and, most of all, very fair. Once our deal was done …. a fair deal for both parties …. I was then dealing with finance manager, Rene Fitzgerald. He was equally knowledgeable and patient with all my many questions. He sold me my 8-year warranty for a very good price. The ENTIRE purchase experience was awesome. I am so happy I decided to pay Surgenor Hyundai a visit.
