We’ve been in business since 2013, serving the Ottawa area with all of their new and pre-owned Hyundai vehicle needs, along with service, collision repair and parts for the better part of a decade now! While we’re a relatively new dealership, we’ve grown in leaps and bounds over the years to already become one of the most popular Hyundai dealers in the Ottawa area. COVID-19

COVID-19 has changed some of the ways we do business, but what hasn’t changed is putting our customers first. The following is our Surgenor health & safety plan, implemented to help allow our customers and staff to shop and work safel, while adhering to responsible guidelines throughout the COVID-19 pandemic.

  1. Singular Entrance: Employees and customers are to use one entrance.
  2. Sanitization: High-traffic touchpoints are frequently sanitized, with professional nightly cleaning.
  3. Loaners & Test Drive: Hard & soft surfaces in loaners and test-drive vehicles are cleaned each time a customer or staff uses the vehicle.
  4. Test Drive & Valet Service: Out-of-dealership and virtual test drives are encouraged, with vehicle maintenance valet pickup also offered.
  5. Service Work: All technicians wear disposable gloves when working on vehicles, as well as the service advisors.
  6. Sanitization Locations: Hand sanitizer dispensers are dispersed throughout the dealership, for customers and staff to utilize frequently.
  7. Handwashing: All Surgenor Hyundai staff members will practice consistent handwashing, as well as refraining from handshakes.
  8. Mandated Isolation: Any staff who have travelled abroad (including the United States) are required to self-isolate for 14 days.
