I love it simply because I don't have to wear my gloves when driving, The wheel itself keeps my fingers toasty and warm. Another benefit of this feature is because most touch screens don't work great with big bulky gloves; I can poke away without delay to find my favourite station. The heated steering wheel is definitely a feature you might think you don't need, BUT once you get used to it, it's a feature you won't want to live without.
